| MRGBP

MRGBP (MORF4-related gene-binding protein) is a subunit of the TRRAP/TIP60 histone acetyltransferase complex involved in chromatin remodeling and gene transcriptional regulation, and is abnormally expressed in a variety of cancers and associated with tumor progression.Encoded by the MRGBP gene, a member of the MRG protein family.Involved in positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination and regulation of cell cycle. Located in nucleoplasm. Part of NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex and nucleosome.
